Continuing to use PoojaPath after any updates to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.

PoojaPath reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
PoojaPath is an online marketplace that connects devotees with independent, verified Pandits for the purpose of conducting Hindu religious ceremonies via live video call. Our services include, but are not limited to:
PoojaPath acts as a facilitating intermediary. The ceremonies are performed by independent Pandits who are not employed by PoojaPath. We verify their credentials and experience but they operate independently.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written booking confirmation from PoojaPath via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. A pending payment or submitted booking form alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
All transactions are secured by SSL encryption and processed through Razorpay. For payment disputes or failed transactions, please contact support@poojapath.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of the approved refund request. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number.
PoojaPath reserves the right to decline a refund request if there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraudulent claims, or violation of these Terms.
Each confirmed booking includes one free rescheduling, subject to the following conditions:

PoojaPath reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access for users who engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward Pandits or staff, without any refund obligation.
