How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 24â48 hours in advance. For auspicious dates like Navratri, Diwali, or special Muhurtas, we recommend booking 1â2 weeks early as slots fill quickly.
What platforms do you support for video calls?
We support WhatsApp Video Call, Zoom, and Google Meet. You can choose your preferred platform at the time of booking. WhatsApp is the most popular choice as it requires no downloads.
What if the video call drops during the puja?
The Pandit will pause the ceremony and wait for you to reconnect. If connection issues persist, we will reschedule the ceremony at no extra cost.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes! Cancel more than 24 hours before for a full refund. Cancellations 12â24 hours before receive a 50% refund. Each booking also includes one free reschedule.
Do I need to arrange puja samagri myself?
After booking, you'll receive a detailed samagri (ritual materials) list via WhatsApp. For select cities, we also offer doorstep samagri delivery. The Pandit will guide you on how to arrange and use everything.
Is my payment and personal information secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details. Your personal information is never shared with third parties.
Do you support languages other than Hindi?
Yes! Our Pandits speak Hindi, Sanskrit, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, and English. You can specify your language preference at the time of booking.
Can you perform puja for people living outside India?
Yes, that's one of our specialties! We serve devotees in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and 50+ countries. You just need an internet connection and a video call app.
